Home State Lissajous

The Home State Lissajous (pronounced, lee-sa-zjhoo) is one of many striking patterns formed by a Foucault pendulum. The sweeping motion changes based on the geographic coordinates of the pendulum as well as the time of day and year.

Yes, we are nerds.

For us at Home State, our Lissajous represents a specific place and time as well as the journey through the winding paths, peaks and valleys of everyday life.

In this way, the lissajous represents the marriage of art and science, location and time, a memory, and a dream.
